Welcome to the Neuron Firings of Dom Palumbo
Hi, and welcome inside the mind of a Genius, (insert scoff or sarcastic remark about my intelligence here).
Nerd Alert: First things first. My site definitely looks like the opening credits of the Batman Returns SNES game with this pixel snow falling from the top of the screen! So, for all two of you who know what I’m talking about, You’re welcome!
This site’s main purpose is to serve as a place where I can showcase my abilities as a Graphic Designer, an Artist, a Comic, and as an enthusiast of whatever else it is I will post in the future…or the past…(I do have a DeLorean, I just need some Plutonium, but it is a little hard to trade with the Libyans these days).
I encourage you to check out the ‘My Graphic Design Portfolio’ tab above. In its drop down box are several pages of varying works and insights into how and why they were created. If you are pressed for time you can also poke that pissed off cardinal that is eyeing you on the right with a click of your mouse to go to my Flickr Photo Stream which includes much of the same work. (Disclaimer: Not all of my comedy work is featured on this site at the request of the clients who I wrote or created for.) But you can go check out my IMDB page! (Or not…I only have one credit thus far.)
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Domenic Palumbo…well, I go by Dom most of the time but have to introduce myself as Domenic. Otherwise, people mishear me and think my name is Don or Tom, or John…but now that I think of it, none of this matters since I am typing this rather than speaking it…so you can go ahead and ignore the last bit of text…or save it for later, your choice. Anyway, I am from St. Louis, MO and am currently living there. I graduated from Spring Hill College in 2010 down in Mobile, AL and am a huge sports, comedy, movies, and Batman fan (the order of significance varies from time to time).
I do hope you enjoy looking around, and I invite you to post comments if you feel the urge. If you feel any other urges, I suggest you go to counseling.
Thanks,
Dom Palumbo
